Homemade Canadian Bacon, Egg, Cheese on Wheat Bagel Thin

Taking an idea from the weekend, I picked up some Canadian bacon the other day with the intent to use it on a bagel sandwich this week. I topped it with an egg, muenster cheese (I can not get rid of this craving!), and homemade peach jelly all on a bagel thin. To top my meal off, I enjoyed a cup of Creme Brulee coffee that I picked up from Marshall’s the other day.Creme Brulee Coffee

I’ve always enjoyed flavored coffees and wanted to branch out and try something new. I am glad I took the chance on this one! But before I devoured my sandwich and inhaled my coffee, I was back in the gym at 5:50 am this morning! Finally, I was willing and ready to wake up at 5:30 this morning and didn’t cringe when my alarm went off. I started out with a basic treadmill workout that went a little something like this:

Workout - 2-20-13Then I wondered into the other side of the gym where I picked up a pair of 5 lb. dumbbells to complete a few exercises. I did 2 sets of lunges, squats, and curls before making my way back to the elliptical for a 10 minute cool down. The best part about the whole experience was that I was the only person in the gym (unlike last night!) Now I am off to finish getting ready and head to my office.
